I don't really give a rip what the Sun Belt is doing, other than to say to them "good luck." I would rather focus on what the next rung up the ladder is doing and what we can do to get there and hopefully surpass them.

Wait wait wait... you're telling me that the best conference ever.....the conference that has teams who refused multiple invites to CUSA....the conference that has powerhouses such as NMSU, Idaho, and Georgia State.....went 0-fer today? Nah bro...GTFO!

Its not a dumpster fire. We got caught in the unusual position of having 2 move ups, and 3 bad teams at the same time that several of our bigger schools decided to have down years.

Its been worse than I thought it would be, but I wasn't expecting milk and honey either.

Sadly a lot of your fellow Sunbelt posters didn't feel the same way this summer before the season started

The only other year at the end of the season that has been worse than this one for the SB is 2001. And then you conference Champ UNT had a losing record and had to get a waiver to play in a bowl game.

I would call this year so far a Dumpster Fire....

When we (FAU) were in SBC, the SBC frequently had a positive balance versus C-USA. We should keep that in mind. SBC of today looks nothing like the SBC of even two years ago.

Yeah. And if ULL is the best that the Belt has, it's going to be a rough season for their conference.

I think Georgia Southern may be the best in the belt. They lost to NC State and Georgia Tech by a combined 5 points...And beat Savannah State by 74.
It's possible that GaSo is.

The fact that GaSo, in their first year in the Belt, could be the best team shows how bad the Belt really is.

Don't forget the sun rises and sets over App State's ass. How dare you leave out Alabama-Boone!

At that time the SB had Memphis and Tulane to beat up on. And that is where they got most of their wins at.

Speaking of dumpster fire, isn't that what former CUSA members call this current CUSA....a dumpster fire?

I'm feeling pretty certain that Georgia Southern is going to own the Sunbelt this year. They are a solid team.

After they slammed us upon leaving as a nothing program, they can all continue to suck as far as I'm concerned....
