A little history about myself fit. I graduated from HS in 05. Did 4 years in the Marines and got out in 09. Started going to college right after that, I studied Criminal Justice and graduated this past May. I did my internship at a law firm and also work at one here in Houston. Yes and no. I think if people are going to project him as a gentle soul while the officer in question claims he was attacked, I think the juvy records should be released. If anything it will show that prior to this date he had no charges against him. That would speak volumes in the case.. However, the records shouldn't be released to a newspaper. They should be given to the prosecutor and he present them to the grand jury.

Only information the police released was: Names, ages, and the video. They wouldn't had released the officer's name and video of Mike robbing the store had people not pressed them with the Freedom of Information Act.

What happened should be based only on the facts of that moment when the two confronted each other.

The past of neither person is important.

It might matter to you but any lawyer worth his weight in quarters will make sure it never sees the inside of a court room.

Why do you have a hangup on the number of shots? YOu shot until the threat stops! It can be 1 shot or 15. Heck, if someone was on PCP, you might even have to change the mag.
