We've got between now and Friday to get Victor E to avoid elimination in the Let the fur fly mascot poll. Last I checked we're third out of four: Loyola's LU Wolf (36.36%), Chicago Wolves' Skates (35.06%), Victor E (22.08%), and Chicago Fire's Sparky (6.49%).

Thanks for posting this. I tried earlier but got sidetracked. In the print edition, this is on page 2 of the sports section with a playoff bracket and pics of each mascot. Lots of good NIU stuff in the Tribune today!

VEH is up to 28% now. #1 is down to 33.7%

In first at 41%!
