The Memphis Tigers already strong 2015 recruiting class got even better on Thursday, with the news that Tiger commit Dedric Lawson will reclassify from the 2016 class, to the 2015 class."

"Keelon Lawson told CBSSports.com that Dedric's birthday is Oct. 1, 1997.

That means Dedric Lawson will now be eligible for early entry to the 2016 NBA Draft."

I am not a fan of most kids reclassifying a year early. While they have the physical attributes far above those in high school, playing against men four years older in college will be a challenge. I expect the Lawsons will make a impact their 3rd year. If they were guards, the challenge is a slightly different story. But there are always exceptions, just not many of them.
