Finally someone calling out Holder for his hypocrisy and refusal to treat all race crimes equally.

Woods has been following the attack on three people at the Kroger at Highland and Poplar September 6.

A white male was attacked in the parking lot at 9:15 p.m.

Two Kroger employees, one white and one black, were attacked at they attempted to help the first man.

Police say the attackers were black teenage males.

Both the police department and district attorney have said the beatings do not constitute a hate crime.

Woods is well-known as a conservative activist and high-profile opponent of the Obama administration.

Woods wanted Holder, who has been outspoken in other high profile crimes, to come to Memphis and launch a justice department investigation.

Holder is on the record stating he will never investigate or prosecute, black on white violence hate crimes etc. Even if 10 black thugs beat you to death because of you race he will look the other way. Do you think black violence against whites, which is overwhelmingly common, should be treated as a hate crime?

Then went on TV and called it racist. That he was held in contempt because he was black.

If a group of whites chased down a black kid and beat him and it was caught on tape that would lead every news cast on every news channel. I do believe that James Woods is making a point. I don't care if this is coming from Mike Moore, Rush Limbaugh, or My Mom. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I'm not trying to disparage anybody. I feel bad for this guys family. Woods has a point. Now is that stoking the flames? Probably but I do believe he makes a point. Sometimes you have to address the complaints of the other side just for credibility sakes. If all you do address the complaints of one side you lose credibility.

A white kid, and 2 black folks were beat up...that's not racial.

Memphis has responded well to this, with 11 in jail, and "positive protests", I simply think the AG coming here would only fan the flames on a fire that's almost out.
