I happen to know Dr. Tobolowsky fairly well, and can recommend this talk. He's a very interesting guy (who lives and dies with Rice football), the book was likewise very interesting and it's a nice life affirmer for people who don't realize how many amazing things are happening all around them every day (or those who do)

My wife and I are going....she was a cheerleader in the early seventies and we are looking forward to seeing Tobo and hearing more about his book! It's amazing that the cheerleaders are mostly on their own supporting the Owls, so this is a really worthwhile deal to support......so show up Owls!!!
