His Dad is still in ICU and heavily sedated, they found a bleeding ulcer in which they put in some type of Filter to catch the blood clots.. He wanted me to let you all know that the prayers each one of you have sent meant and mean so much to him and his Family.. Oh and by the way Coach Pastner called Eric on the hospital phone to check on his Dad..

Thanks for the update. Praying that things quickly improve. God Bless Eric's dad and family. And - God Bless Coach Pastner too. He is a very special human being and I am so happy that he is guiding our young student athletes and teaching life lessons as well as basketball.

Super great news today! My Dad is awake and they have removed the ventilator. The doctor came in the room and told us...it wasn't his time and it was a miracle. He is very weak and sore all over but we are blessed today with this news. Thank you guys for praying for my Dad and our family. God has been good to us. Coach Pastner called me and was very nice and generous with his time. I tip my cap to him.

That puts a spoonful of good on an otherwise unfortunate date in history. Tell your dad he has a lot more Tiger games that need his support.

Great news! I rejoice in your great news. Tiger tough! Hope he gets to go home soon. We have a big game coming up and we need him sitting in a comfy chair in his Tiger gear, eating pizza and rooting the Tigers on!
