So pumped after a loss. You guys loss to a very mediocre/overrated team and are acting like you just won the national championship. Wow! What a bunch of losers. Don't worry we will knock you guys back into reality here in a couple weeks.

That is some weak azz smack. You might want to consult with a couple of our more experienced trolls when throwing down smack. Hope MTSU team is traveling to Memphis in the short buses. Makes the return trip home longer when pondering how the Tigers won the LAST game.

While I think he's incorrect about MTSU knocking us "back into reality" he has a point about how pumped Memphis fans are after a loss.
It's a sad commentary on where we've been, although the future does indeed look very bright

I have never seen a bunch of poor losers as MT fans who cannot even win against a non-ranked team like Minnesota Gophers. At least UCLA is ranked, and Memphis had a chance to win a few times. Unlike MT, who played against the Gopher's third string and still could not win.

You got one thing right - if we lose to MT AGAIN, it will be a big-time reality check, as it will signify that we havent made as much progress of digging out of this hell-hole as we thought. The fact that MTSU has owned the series is simply indicative of how low the program got. Our first two games of the year have shown promise and we are excited for the opportunity that Saturday brings to, hopefully, further confirm that we are crawling out of the abyss.
