Will add, that is in the left leaning state of Washington, I doubt that statistic carries over into the east. Definitely not Detroit.

Yeah, Eastern Washington would be a red state. Hell, WSU is 6 miles away from the University of Idaho. Anything left west of the cascades is liberal leaning.
