RE: Finebaum
I don't think it's a "freak" play. It's just one you can't blame on the defense. I don't blame the D for the TD after the blocked punt, either. You're asking a helluva lot of a defense to defend a 12 yard field.

Especially when they were outweighed by nearly 50 lbs per man on the line...

Raita being one of them.

This is why I don't really care to hear about their opinion of our newly found success.

Funny you bring up Mikey Raita. He just informed me on the 5:00 news cast, while talking about UA's game against USM, that we didn't even recruit or "snubbed" USM's quarterback Mullins prior to his easily defeating us last Fall. From what I remember we recruited him but he chose USM over our Blazers. There was absolutely no snub. WTH?

I'll listen again at 6:00 to be sure I heard him correctly unless someone corrects him in the mean time.

RE: Finebaum
Mullins committed to us, then changed his mind and committed to Southern Miss the next day.

RE: Finebaum
Hard to commit to someone who's not recruiting you isn't it?

Raita is not familiar with the situation & is making up things.

Obviously Raita isn't keeping up with Southern Miss either.
