+1. Barry did not realize for a war to actually be "over", both sides need to stop their attacks and fighting. He is a loser!

There are two, and only two, ways to end a war:

1) Win
2) Surrender

I have been on this board criticizing Barry for no strategy and not going after ISIS in a bigger way than a few air strikes. So yea, I just might support him going to war against ISIS. Problem is, he will do some weak kneed action. Hope I am wrong.
