Funny, that's EXACTLY how it worked out. SMU hiring Chad Morris upped the ante for Houston to fire Tony Levine and hire Tom Herman, and Tulsa to hire Phil Montgomery.

The same thing happened in basketball, once SMU hired Larry Brown, Houston followed it up with Kelvin Sampson, and Tulsa hired Frank Haith from Mizzou..

The Western AAC is gonna be very competitive for years to come. The only question is, how long will Memphis be content with Pastner.
