If that's Rick Hart as in Dave Hart's son he almost got our athletic director's job when we hired Terry Holland instead way back in 2004.

It is Dave Hart's son.

They're both shrewd guys. Nobody had a clue Butch Jones was really even on the radar when Dave Hart convinced him not to go to Colorado and come to Tennessee.
Rick ruffled feathers running Rodney Allison out of Chattanooga (even though attendance was awful and they don't to a Division II team his last year). Everyone had a suggestion for him but he went after Russ Huesman, who took UT-C from 2-9 to conference co-champs last year.
I have no doubt in Rick Hart making an outstanding hire, and one that might turn some heads when he does it.
