Despite the setbacks we're still in front all other non-autonomy conferences. We have time to show what we're made of. It would be nice to close the gap with the B1G some. I'll be happy if we can get closer to the B1G than we are to the SBC.

Not sure how with being 1-11 against FBS, 1-7 against P5, 0-4 against G5.
CUSA fans are laughing were even 0-2 vs them.

Don't blame them. They're having a good season so far.

On a related note, I think Tulsa will beat FAU.

Also, most of the polls and computer ratings entities that average into Massey's "Composite" put a lot of weight into last season. But last season's weight will incrementally disappear to nothing by some time in October.

So as each week passes in September and early October, each conference will be more and more reflected by this season's performance....which, if B1G keeps things up, it will be interesting to see where they stand come the last half of October.

Not sure what means more to me the 30pt difference between spots 5 and 6 or the 6pt difference between 6 and 8...

To be behind the Big 10 is embarrassing, I blame UCF for this, we never should have lost to Penn State.

Which makes one wonder what our 'actual' ranking would be if only this season's performance was a factor. I'm sure at least CUSA would rank ahead of us and probably a couple of others.
