We'll be better than the B'ham bowl. I think we have a shot at the AAC Championship game based on what I saw from us and the rest of our league yesterday.

McMurphy is, believe it or not, a USF guy. He was their beat reporter for the Tampa Tribune. They a one of the more irrelevant even in their own town college teams in the country...so he hopes they earn a bowl bid against a Miami type.

AAC doesn't have a championship game this year with only 11 schools, to be resumed next year with navy IIRC.

You're right about that. I meant to go back and edit out the word "game" but never got back to it.
