Troy has been absolutely run over in their last two games and ACU has the #2 high school running back from a few years ago. He ran for 7.8 yards per carry as a freshman at OKSTATE in the Big XII. Troy has not shown they can stop any running back at all. If ACU has any kind of defense, Troy will lose this game.
That guy looked slow and confused against GaState. Maybe it was just his first game in a while, but he did not look like a #2 RB.

Agreed. Total non-factor.

Plus if it does get ugly early, which it could, PJ will not intentionally run up the score. With both teams being mainly run based the clock will almost run continuously as well.

I think we are better than we were at NCST, but I know GT is a step above NCST for sure. I would hope we are a step above Tulane but this game is probably going to be the most telling of where we are at. We are deservedly the underdogs but I would not be shocked to to see a W. I am all too familiar with that offense and how turnovers can come in bunches sometimes. They have a new QB and hopefully we will show them the best D so far this year and rattle him to some poor decisions.

Anyway with a good performance this Sat with only 77 on scholly most of which are FCS recruits I am becoming more optimistic about the next two years so far.

I think we'll see a different Cajuns team today than what we watched last week. The Cajuns will cover easily and take the Rebels down to the wire for a finish that's too close to call. You guys will reopen some eyes to the fact that the Cajuns are a good football team this year.

I actually like the Red Wolves in this game. You guys more than cover the spread as I think you pull the upset.

I'd also take NMSU.

Idaho will win, but UTEP will beat NMSU today.

Mississippi State -13 @ South Alabama
Georgia Southern @ -24 Georgia Tech
UL @ -29 Mississippi
Abilene Christian No Line @ Troy
Navy -13 @ Texas State
Arkansas State @ -18 Miami (FL)
ULM @ -32 LSU
Air Force -9.5 @ Georgia State
Western Michigan @ -2.5 Idaho
NMSU @ -11 UTEP

I don't think the SBC wins any of the underdog games, but I like our chances to cover most of them. I really like GS and Texas St. to cover.

24 points is to much to give Ga Southern. GA Southern will beat that spread.

Georgia Southern will make a heck of a game out of this one. GT will pull away in the fourth quarter to win, but GSU covers easily.

LSU will beat ULM handily, but ULM will make it respectable and cover.

Broadway got very loose again against the Blitz. Looked like he did not want to take a hit.
