That footage would magically disappear and there would be "witnesses" claiming this was a peaceful rally outside Dollar Tree and some white supremacists showed up burning crosses and throwing Molotov cocktails at the participants. The white cops joined the white supremacists in brutalizing these people.

Once again, a mob of teen black thugs outnumbering and targeting white innocent victims. Damn straight it's racially motivated! The chick recording the incident kept saying for someone to "call somebody" (for help) when she could have made the call! All it is going to take is for the next mob of thugs to attack the wrong person and Mr. Smith and Wesson will speak loudly! Memphis Police are now confirming 3 people were beaten at the Kroger at Poplar and Highland Saturday night. The victims include a customer and two Kroger employees.

The whole incident was caught on camera and has been circulating on social media sites.

Police say, a 25-year-old customer was getting out of his car at the store when he was hit in the face by a several suspects before he could run away into the store.

The large group had just come from the CiCis Pizza and were chanting, “Fam Mob.”

Police say, two Kroger employees, ages 17 and 18, jumped into help the customer. They were both knocked to the ground.

The employees told police that while they were on the ground, large pumpkins, weighing in excess of 20 pounds, were thrown at their heads. Both victims lost consciousness.

MFD responded to the scene and treated the three victims for their injuries. All three refused transport.

Officers checked for video footage with the Kroger manager, but was advised only loss prevention can pull the video during the weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.

In an email statement to FOX13, a Kroger spokesperson said the company can't comment on an ongoing police investigation and the company is working with the owner of the shopping center to improve security.

If you know anything that can help police, you are asked to call Crimestoppers at 528-CASH.

The sarcastic replies needs to stop. It really further enrages the issue at hand.

I did watch the video and read the article. Very sad that the man and employees got jumped by that mob for no reason at all. Hoping that there is justice for them and those attackers get proper justice.

It's a terrible thing but people need to realize that this is what happens when a people feel like no one cares about them. We all agree that this needs to stop. We just can't agree on how to stop it.

I'm referring to the where's Jesse Jackson bullsh*t from the righties here and then you saying race war...

This sh*t won't stop until we have an open/honest nationwide forum. And it ultimately starts at home. Just because a white cop may kill a black kid, doesn't mean the white cop is a racist. And visa versa, this ordeal might not have even been over race. All we see is the man being beaten and not what led to it... Far too many assumptions from just a visual.

When the black community feels wronged, this is how they react. MARTIN AND BROWN are the reason. Right or wrong. This is a result of how those cases were handled.
