If percentages hold for the remainder...

Team wins 6.8 more games.

7-5 or 8-4.

I'd be ecstatic with a 3-loss season.

I'm not greedy. 6 wins.

A 3 loss season and Fuente should be in the discussion for coach of the year.

That poll is generous. I have been saying win the games you are supposed to and steal a couple. That puts MTSU as a must win and then let's get after Ole Miss.

The AAC is going to be fun this year, and we just may have a say as to who wins it.

That was Lombardi's philosophy as well. Just win the games we are supposed to win, surprise a couple more opponents, and we're going to a WARM weather bowl!

Think we should worry about next one and not get too far ahead of ourselves

I'm not normally a one game at a time guy, because we're not players and speculating on the future is about half the fun of sports. However, at risk of being too much of a wet blanket, we did lose on Saturday, and our guys were pretty much gassed in the fourth quarter. UCLA was more talented than us all over the field and it showed by the end of the game.

Hopefully we show up and execute the same way against MTSU. If that happens we'll obviously have a very good chance of winning. However, our history with them says that getting a W will be very difficult. I just don't think there's any way to make a predictions about the rest of the season until that game is in the books one way or the other.

Yes.

But...it is perfectly fine for FANS to look as far ahead as they like. Coaches and players will look to Middle.

With Louisville gone and UCF not on the schedule this conference is ripe for the picking.

If a team is ranked #8 pre-season....The pundits are speculating that there are only 7 other teams that are more talented than they are.... surprised it took till the end of the game to realize we were the underdog....usually means less-talented IJS 04-jawdrop

Uh......we are not going to see a more talented team with skilled players the rest of the schedule outside of maybe Ole Miss and even there we might have some skills players that can match some of their own players. The eye test clearly shows a different Tiger team the first 2 games than we have had in many years so I wouldn't put too much stock into previous mediocre tiger teams failings. The team will be ready for MTSU
