They're Tiger basketball only fans anyways so it won't be hard for them to write off the football team.

instead of trying to pit fans against each other and trying to cause a stir, why not just post about the good things without it having to be a shot at others?

That wasn't good ? Copying a successful franchise seems to be good IMO. But go ahead and bash it's a free country.

I think it's a great idea. I love the Grizzlies and think anything we can borrow from them is a plus.

+77 ^ That is absolutely awesome, to think that we can have a city that buys in whole-heartedly into a status-quo of how things are done; a sense of intensity & urgency....We can actually boost our relevancy; level of expectations; commitment as well as tenacity!!!!

This is wonderful from every aspect, and could yield a HUGE transformation & phenomenon that is seen in towns with more of an intense and dedicated sports culture, similar to Texas; Alabama.... However, good-luck convincing the likes of MIMI and the cult that follows that we are on to something HUGE! As most don't embrace change, even if it is positive and the the betterment of a blossoming "sports culture"

This is what I'm referring to, as I'm sure you know. It is possible to make a post about a good article without including a shot at a sub-set of the message board.
