Really bad/exposing day for that league. Glad to see it happen.

RE: The Big 10
Very tough week. Didn't really expect UM or MSU to win those road games and tOSU did lose their all-everything Sr. QB the week before. Wisky was dominating LSU until the 4th then imploded.

No doubt there will not be a B10 team in the playoff picture.

Too bad...I really wanted all of the P5's to have a legit contender for the playoff to force the move to 8 teams.

Wisc was dominating LSU until 2/3rd of their starting defensive line went down. At least Big 10 teams have the balls to actually go on the road to play other teams. A SEC team has not gone on the road outside of the south to place a non conference game sent Moses crossed the desert. Their so called neutral site games are smack down in the middle of SEC territory.

Ha. true. Florida hasn't played an OOC game outside the state of Florida since [b]1991/[b].

Bama hasn't played a true road game in 10+ years.

RE: The Big 10
Because playing a road game at Florida State every other year...due to it being in state...is a lot easier than playing at Northwestern?

Too many fixated on this- Florida this year plays Florida State, LSU, Alabama, Missouri, South Carolina and Georgia, let alone utk. And somehow they get away with something by not traveling farther from home.

They would be happy to swap Alabama for Iowa. But fans want them (and other similar schools) to play both.

I guess you didn't see teams like the Vols when they played at Oregon....or this season when UT plays AT Oklahoma.

That's why I didn't mention them.

BUT...look what happens when they do go OOC.
Skulldrug by Oregon twice. (97-27 combined score).
Lost to UCLA twice.
Lost to Wyoming.
Split with Cal.
Lost four times in a row to ND.
Split w/ Miami.

Ole Miss?
beat texas twice
Lost twice to wake
lost twice to Texas Tech
lost twice to Missouri
Lost twice to wyoming

Georgia played at Az State a few years ago--first true road game west of the Mississippi ever.

You have a point, but the BIG is still awful. MAC teams are beating them also, so its not just the big games they are losing.
