Predict Your Team's Record (Week 2)
You know how it works, and if you don't...

Based on your team's performance so far this week (and everyone else's performance) how do you see your team's schedule working out for the rest of the season?

Please give me the predicted final record with wins/losses and to who included.

Be realistic. AND please give your full schedule with wins and losses.

RE: Predict Your Team's Record (Week 2)
I'll go first.

Penn State-L Still not happy about this.
BYE WEEK
@Missouri-W/L Toledo put up quite a few points on Mizzou, but Mizzou scored at will on them. I'm not too confident in our defense, but we'll see.
Bethune-Cookman-W Easy.
BYE WEEK
@Houston-W Houston beat Grambling, as anyone should. But they still got killed by UTSA, so...
BYU-W/L Ehh....Either Texas is REALLY bad (very possible), or BYU is REALLY good (also possible). I have no idea yet.
Tulane-W Sorry.
Temple-W Vandy got steamrolled by Ole Miss, so that win doesn't look as good. But Temple hung in there with Navy. But I like our chances.
@UConn-W Yeah...
BYE WEEK (I CANNOT wait until we have a champ game and can get rid of 3 bye weeks a year, ugh)
Tulsa-W Yeesh...
SMU-W Bye June!
@USF-W The defense looks decent. There's no Division I-A QB to speak of, and any half-competent defense can shut down their run game. But their defense looks decent. I eagerly await going to this game and seeing what attendance looks like, for both team's fans.
@ECU-W/L This is the AAC game that still worries me the most. And its the last. But they should've beaten USC. I'm still not sure.

So...ideally 11-1, realistically 9-3, cynically 7-5. Same as last week, though I've grown more confident in our conference schedule.

NCST- WIN
UConn- WIN
@ Wisconsin -LOSS
ECU- LOSS
@Tulsa-WIN
@ Cincinnati-LOSS
Houston-TOSSUP
@ SMU-WIN
@ Memphis-LOSS
UCF-TOSSUP

If we win those that I THINK we will win and split the toss ups we go 6-6 and bowling.

8-4 I say ECU loses 3 more. VT is one for sure but I'm not sure about the others. Cincinnati Temple USF will all be tough road games. Plus UCF at home i see two losses in league out of those.

spot on. would love to see a UCF-ECU (both ranked) pseudo play in game for the access slot. it would also garner quite a bit of national press.

RE: Predict Your Team's Record (Week 2)
I'm not particularly concerned about being blown out by OU at this point, they are damn good. I am more concerned about how well Memphis played against UCLA. Is Memphis that improved or is UCLA not as good as their ranking? Looking forward I would predict 6-6.

Aug. 28, 2014 Tulane W
Sept. 6, 2014 Oklahoma L
Sept. 13, 2014 at Florida Atlantic W
Sept. 27, 2014 Texas State W

Oct. 11, 2014 at Temple L
Oct. 18, 2014 South Florida W
Oct. 31, 2014 at Memphis L
Nov. 8, 2014 SMU W
Nov. 14, 2014 at UCF L
Nov. 22, 2014 at Houston W
Nov. 28, 2014 East Carolina L

RE: Predict Your Team's Record (Week 2)
Wins are in BOLD

at Vandy
Navy
Delaware State – off a bye week if the offense doesn’t put up some solid numbers I will be concerned.
at Connecticut – UConn will be a much better team by the end of the season, I'm glad this game is early.
Tulsa – Homecoming for the Owls, they usually play well.
at Houston
at UCF
East Carolina
Memphis – This will be a much closer game than last year at Memphis, I give the edge to Temple because it’s home.
at Penn State
Cincinnati
at Tulane – I hope it comes to this with a bowl game on the line.

Temple is a young team and a year away from being good, I will stick with my original position that 6-6 and a bowl game would be considered an outstanding season and real progress for the program.

RE: Predict Your Team's Record (Week 2)
Tulane - W 1-0
OU - L 1-1, ouch
at FAU - W 2-1
Texas State - W 3-1
at Colorado St. - W/L, I think we win this one 4-1
at Temple - W/L, I think we lose this one 4-2
South Florida - W 5-2
at Memphis - W/L, I think we lose this one 5-3
SMU - W 6-3
at UCF - L 6-4
at Houston - W/L, I think we lose this one 6-5
ECU - W/L, I think we have an upset to end the year 7-5

I know the OU game was bad, but OU is arguably the best team in the nation. I think our easy early schedule will give us some confidence back and we will end up in a bowl. 7-5 or even 6-6 is very reasonable.

Do not count USF short. I watched the Maryland game. You guys have some real studs on defense. Need to find a QB. I rally think you guys are going to be good by next year. Maybe ECU can get their first all time win over you this year. Please beat NCSU on Sat.
