I thought the WatchESPN app would allow you to watch the games out of your area though.... this sucks

They have 2 listed.. The espn2 one is wrong. Scroll down to espn3 feed. Not sure it is worth watching though :(

There coaches were consistently poached by P5... all it takes is one bad coach to sink the program

Probably Blankenship's last season if they don't go to a bowl

ABC here.

Yeesh. OU is really good but Tulsa has really slipped. Would've liked to see this game played in 2012 maybe 08? OU is an elite of CFB...would be tough to beat them any year.

The talent level from Todd Graham's teams of 2007-2010 has slipped some, but you do realize OU has one of the most talented teams this year? No team in the AAC will play a tougher non-conference opponent than Tulsa.

OU has really exploited a rather subpar defensive scheme.

I don't pretend to know everything about Tulsa's program, but I hear that Coach Blankenship is the issue. Tulsa typically gets good players who didn't cut it OU/OSU for whatever reason. I think that's changed under Blankenship's tenure. Which is strange because he had very deep history in the Tulsa area high school world (Union High HC for 20+ years).

I played against him in the 80's, for the Owasso Rams. Always a good program. I guess those skills didn't translate at the college level. I think TU makes a coaching change this season, or after the season.

Blankenship's has been recruiting Oklahoma well. When OU and OSU are successful they recruit more nationally or Texas, which leaves more Oklahoma HS talent for Tulsa.

Didn't think Tulsa would have lost that much of their C-USA swagger.

That swagger from the 2012 season, when they won 11 games and the C-USA championship was still largely done with Todd Graham recruits.

While Blankenship has continued to recruit well in Oklahoma, the drop off has come from Texas and pipelines in Arkansas and Louisiana established by former Asst's Gus Malzahn and Mike Norvell.

Last year's disaster was a cascade of key injuries to skilled players and horrendous QB play from Cody Green. Green never was a very good passer, and this weakness was covered up in 2012 because of TU's power running game and OL play.
