Just a reminder, you're looking for the Pac12 Network, not Big 12.

I meant and told her Pac 12 as well as someone in a different city that got the same story.

RE: Comcast and Big 12 Network
If you are in Memphis, I don't think that is the case. I have the Sports Package and the Pac-12 is not one of my channels. If you go to the Pac-12 network website, it says Comcast doesn't broadcast the channel in Tennessee or Mississippi. FWIW.

Per comcast chat tonite at 10:50:

pamella: Well, I checked further and according to our latest update Published September 05, 2014:

Pamella: The Pac-12 National Network is available across the country in standard definition (SD) as part of the Sports Entertainment Package. Six regional networks are also available in standard and High Definition (HD) in the Pac-12 states on either Digital Starter or Digital Preferred:

Pamella: ArizonaCaliforniaColoradoOregonWashingtonUtah

So its available in SD nationwide

I would ask Pamella what channel it's on. I'd like to see the game myself, and I've gone through my lineup twice and don't see it anywhere - standard or hi-def.

After LONG chat last night: typical Comcast-neither person I chatted with could give me station number but said if i upgraded my package from Limited basic (I have Directv for my main tv viewing), she could assure me i would get the station but gave me an 800 number to call to get channel number. I basically told her to go to h***! Worst customer service I've ever encountered by far (on several occasions).

Right there with you. It's just a terrible company in terms of customer experience. I moved last summer and it took them 42 days from the time I ordered service for them to come out and hook it up. On two separate occasions, customer service told me they sent the technician out, but he had a car accident and died on the way. TWICE, they fed me that line. Idiot me actually believed them the first time.

I hear you! They used switch and bait on me last night. I made screen shot of each step of checkout process during online order including terms and conditions. Then a chat rep came on at end of order to confirm. He said i would definitely get PAC 12 network. After checking and it was not there, I chatted again-was told yes, even though i was promised Pac 12 without any terms or conditions, I must pay $50 plus more per month for upgraded TV lineup to get it!
