They don't include our vacated wins like ESPN does...Memphis hit 1,500 wins last season by winning @Louisville.

Just pointing out a fact...just like it's a fact that ESPN and CBS list the 85 and 08 seasons.

Most people don't realize it. I think Temple and Minnesota are the two oldest programs. There's some sort of discrepancy in terms of when our programs actually started.

It's because when john Chaney coached Temple's start-up basketball team, he threatened to kill any other coach who suggested that their school's program preceded Temple's.
