The e-mail I received about the bus trip states that drinks you bring "must have a screw on top". Does anyone know how strict this is? Does a twist off count or do I need to bring hard liquor with a screw on top?

My guess is bring something that you can't spill all over the place.

That's probably a bus company rule. The gist is they want it to be something that can be resealed once it's opened, as opposed to a can.*

They sell plastic and aluminum bottles with screw on tops that contain a beer like substance. Sort of like soy milk and vegetarian corn dogs it looks like the real thing but it's not. If I remember correctly the brand names for a couple of the beer like drinks were coors and miller

Bud light serves a purpose. A lot of people don't like beer and it gives them an option
