Stanback was practicing leading up to the Penn State game as well. I won't feel good until I see him in the huddle for 1st and 10.

Beat Missouri. AAC needs some OOC wins.

Thank god. I was losing my **** when it looked like GOL was still undecided about Holman.

Usually on a bye week the team would spend the off week on fundamentals and cleaning up mistakes/weaknesses. They'd then spend game week installing anything new for the team they're facing. The OP is correct in pointing out that this is unusual. Good? Bad? I don't know, but a break from the norm for GOL.

I just remember it taking forever for him to realize that Godfrey was better than Calabrese and Bortles was better than Godfrey. Until I see him playing against Mizzou, I won't believe it.

Hmm...
Bortles>Godfrey>Calabrese

Based on that pattern.... 03-idea HOLMAN>BORTLES

Yes....yes that must be it. 03-cloud9

That's good, hope they are running 100%. Don't reinjure yourself just because it's Mizzou.

Stanback's turf toe was his own fault. He tried to come back too early

Wouldn't it be awesome if that were the case! We would rock this conference and ultimate division!

Turf toe is one of those injuries that will affect him all season. Nasty stuff for a RB.

Have to give Mizzou props for scheduling a road game at Toledo and UCF at home; they could have gone with an easy OOC schedule but chose to test themselves

Yup. Usually takes six weeks to heal.
