I don;t understand why fowl's are banned. i do think this was a little over the top. Clearly the cop didn't need to behead the dang thing.

I used to love to eat chicken at my grandmas house. My grandfather would go to the chicken coop, pick out a chicken, take it to the chopping block and with an axe chop it's head off. It was funny as heck watching that chicken run around the yard without a head until it hit an obstruction. Chicken, ummmm, yummy. LOL
