FYI Wisch is a UofI alum but realistic and has been more than fair with NIU publications.
I love all the NIU Chicago press this week but I just wonder how much of it is just typical coverage for NU.

Keep in mind that Northwestern also plays Illinois and Western Illinois, so NU is the measuring stick. If NIU wins a nail biter vs NU, but UofI wins big, then the Illness can claim state superiority.
According to Massey's, NIU has the best shot at beating the Wildcats, although it is only 44%.
