The ACC is deep! Now we just need the Lady Cards to get some of that.

Beacuse we are not that good on the Womens side. We will get smoked. But at least being in the ACC could help our recruiting for the future.

Speak for yourself. If you don't care for non-revenue sports don't bother reading the thread.

A bocce ball set up while tailgating would be awesome! Excellent idea!

Where did I say I was speaking for anyone else exactly? Sorry if you were offended by me making a joke on women's soccer.

It would be about as entertaining as soccer with a lot more drinking from the participants.

Yes, we do need to improve in women's soccer. The new Lynn facility should help recruiting. 07-coffee3

RE: Women's College Soccer Top 25 National Ranking
Pitt soccer has been terrible, both men and women.

But Pitt's women have a coach only in his second year, and the program is also only the second year of it being fully funded. The team is starting 5 freshman, 3 sophs, 1 junior and 2 seniors, so they are young and building, with another freshman and sophomore both getting over 40 minutes. They may be about two years away from being competitive.

The men's program is still not fully funded at Pitt, the last sport not to be so. The coach, an alumnus, has been there for 25 years and the program definitely needs fresh blood. Pitt will finish at the bottom of the conference for the forseeable future.

The new soccer facility is also only 3 years old.

What is so great about AD Jurich and President Ramsey is they both want all of Louisville's men and women sports to be able to compete for a National Championship. With that said, I know joining the ACC is going to make all of our programs evn stronger. Life is good at the University of Louisville. 04-cheers
