The yard will be open 4hr before kickoff for the Oct 4th game.
They are still working on improving the system.
Soon you'll be hearing about plans underway now for Athletics Facilities Master Plan and football scheduling news SchedulePalooza II?

Check that it will be open 4hr before ALL Saturday games. I would guess we will not have a 11am kickoff!

Anybody know what the external concourse is? I'm curious as to how it was constructed and how it provided more restrooms, which are badly needed.
Man, Frazier does not let any negatives go for long without being addressed. This guy is awesome. We are very fortunate to have him for however long he is here.

The area where they checked the ladies bags was pushed back a good 20+ feet. They then put a short metal fence up between the two gates which gave you the ability to walk between the two gates outside of the stadium while still being "in" the stadium.
Then they put porta johns outside of the stadium with a fence to block them mostly from view so I am not surprised that most did not see them. With our poor crowd showing they were likely not needed but its good to know if we have this when we have 18k in the stands again.
I thought that these would mostly be useful for those who would be coming back from the yard at halftime after downing some $2 beers.

That's funny, the yard will be open for four hours. I was bashed on this board for saying it should be open longer. I was accused of complaining when I was just stating my opinion. The added time will make the yard even more popular.

That was only in regards to a Thursday 6 PM game...we all assumed it would be open longer for the Saturday games.

No.
Quote:Frazier said he expects the Facilities Master Plan to be completed no later than the middle of August. The finalized plan will be proposed to the university before moving forward.
It's only September 3rd. Do you think things move this fast that they are going tell you before approval. But, I'd love to have some inside information.

I'm curious about the Athletics Strategic Plan and what that encompasses.

Quote:THE best student attendance since 2011! Even when the rains started coming down, you were there singing and dancing in the rain. Outstanding! I can't wait to see that entire East Side packed in October!

I wonder if that 2011 game was Homecomming vs WMU or the Ball St firework game.

RE: Frazier's Corner
It wasn't the Ball State game. There was only like 12,000 people at that game.
