I have not seen it yet, but according to a post on the conference board the Sporting News College Basketball Preview is out and the top six are.....

I pick us second. This team is hungry and I guarantee they'll turn quite a few heads this year.

Our men's BB team is very fit, much taller, more skilled, and deeper than last year. Also, it was clear from the golf tourney last week that they really appear to genuinely like and look out for one another.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the results last year, and think we improve on that this year. How many wins that means, I have no idea, but players like Bacote, Freeman, Moseley and Taylor have gotten me excited about ODU BB once again.

I'd take 4th right now.

Given that we remain healthy, we're going to have a great, exciting year. Hats off to Jones and company for cobbling something together so quickly. With Stith and Carver and who knows who coming in next season (there's an intriguing JUCO very much interested) and what will be returning, we could actually be a year away.
