That should be "I thinks"

Actually "methinks" is one word instead of two and although archaic its usage would be correct here, alternately "I think" would also be correct

The inability to recognize attempts at humor on this board astounds me.

Probably has something to do with the fact that no one thinks you are funny.

I think grammar, punctuation and spelling issues are fair game when posts are made on behalf of a university, even if it is just the athletic or marketing department.
