Lets see how this works
Arkansas State let slip publicly to a Memphis reporter that we have offered the Tigers a 10 year home and home series in football.

They've been avoiding us of late, and as of two years ago were talking about ending the series...but they are improving enough now that they might take the bait.

Basketball wont happen. we're not near their level in basketball. We already play in everything else.
