No, But He went after Them hard and heavy. 911 Wasn't being played out in the open for months on end when ISIS could easily have been obliterated as They roamed across the Desert town by town killing everyone in Their path. It might not have been the best plan but at least Bush HAD A PLAN.And had all of the Congress backing it.

Good point...where's congress? Oh...that's right...they're on their month long vacation. And where was congress on Syria last time? They wanted no part of it.

You don't go to war over night...or even in a couple weeks. You need planning. If we had planning the last time we went into Iraq we might not be where we are today.

Or, he could have waited 30 seconds to leave politely and calmly, meet with his team and address the nation shortly thereafter.

His job is to be a leader. A leader can be many different things to people. They can inspire people when they are down, they can calm people when they are scared and they can act when others won't. In my opinion Bush was acting calm so the kids would not be scared and confused.
