CDR is still somewhat of a role model for young kids coming up. Last year, One of the local JUCO players wanted to discuss CDR and what happened to him. He had followed his career at Memphis.

And the kid was from Hartford Connecticut. CDR, even though he hadn't done much since Memphis, was still one of his idols.

Then another teenage JUCO player from Las Vegas chimed in. He had seen some of CDR's youtube videos and also really liked him too. Strange facts but true.

It's not really much of an argument. Grizz have been an absolute blast. Our city is lucky to have both, as well as enough crazy folks to support them.

I'll watch the playoffs, but the NBA regular season is like an off broadway play. 82 games played to eliminate less than half the teams from contention.
