Whats your guys prediction on what the line will be when it comes out after the Huskies throttling of 1-AA and Northwesterns loss at home to a 2013 (1-11) California?

My Guess: Huskies +3.5

I'll say it's a pick em.

I think nw is gonna be fired up from the start. The line will be close, but I think our chances of winning are only possible if we dont allow them to take an early lead

Guess is niu +5.5

I'll also go with us as 3.5 dogs. Which Is typically what amounts for home field advantage.

It will open from 5 to 6 I am guessing.

Current line on Vegas Insider (no idea if that's a good betting site, I don't dabble too much in it EVEN THOUGH I'M ALWAYS RIGHT!) says Northwestern -2.5. That's pretty bad for Northwestern, usually being at home is worth 3 points, I think.

Talk about a tough game to handicap next week, Missouri @ Toledo, how in the heck do you figure that one out. Wouldn't surprise me if either team won by 21. Missouri is favored by 5.5 , my instinct would tell me to take Toledo.

I bet that comes down. As an overreaction to the first week but still.

I think that will be offset by the "OMG they don't have Lynch anymore" factor. In fact I could see it settling just a bit higher at 3-3.5

NIU vs. northwestern is a virtual pick em. The fact the line is under 3, means on neutral field it's 50/50. If NW plays like they did yesterday, niu should win.

However, the fact they're now 0-1, NW has back against the wall. If they don't beat niu they can kiss bowl eligibility goodbye. Tough situation, but I will say this niu looks to have better athletes than NW at the moment. They has ZERO big play ability yesterday.

Been bet to NU - 4 now. Can't believe Illinois is favored over WKU. Might have to plunge on WK. Wouldn't touch the NIU/NU game.

Do they have different spreads based on which Quarterback gets the start. :)
