I agree. Best team is arkansas, but the sec west is stacked. NW has the best chance to go .500 because Illinois, Purdue, IU, and cal suck.

RE: UNLV
I listened to a Mountain West Unlv preview podcast, they said they were 80% sure unlv would beat niu.
Claimed neutral field 50/50 but at home was 80%. I laughed hysterically, there is no way their home field is that big. Thing that scares me is it's sandwiched between two big schools and the desert.

I could see that, but west coast teams struggle heading past mountain time zone. Ryan field isn't a home field advantage, but it helps in the first game.
Probably like a 24-31 type game either way.

Wonder what weather will be like? Will be really dry and hot
I bet that it will be a 50/50 game. Gonna be tough
I'll make a prediction after our Northwestern game

I would say 60/40 niu but it's also early. They are certainly going to have more talent than unlv. I just thought 80% win for a program that's 13-38 over the last 5 years vs. a team that has 13 wins in 15 games was laughable.
But there are circumstances that aren't in the huskies favor, like sandwich game and heat, lots of heat.

RE: UNLV
Unlv minus the 14-0 actually looks pretty good. They get to open up to a good team

Arizona a good team but I think probably more top 40 level than top 25.

Ya for sure! Never said top 25
They lose
ASU
UCLA
Oregon
USC
8-4 or possibly 7-5
With a schedule like ours they go 10-2 or 11-1
