Not in the least.

For me, after my last couple of trips, I can see how a firearm would get left in luggage accidentally. Guess Switzer wasn't such a putz after all.

As for this cop, yeah, I can see it happening. The problem is not that he got off, the problem is that no one else gets any leeway.
