9:00pm EST, Houston favored by 11

Most of our offense and defense is back which scored all our points and got all those turnovers. Our QB is not just starting his second game as last year. He has an added year of experience, weight room ( it shows ) which ought to lead to better decisions and to more points on the board. UTSA is a senior laden team which played us tight for 3 quarters last year. This year, however, they are going with QB by a 3 member committee. If you have 3, you have none, to paraphrase an old saying. Our secondary can't wait.The game is at our brand new stadium which will be rocking tonight. It holds 40,000 and is almost sold out. This will be the largest crowd to ever watch a Houston Cougar game on campus. Best case is UH winning going away. Worst case is UH by 10.

should be a good game

1.Leaving work at 12:30pm
2.Checking my son out early from school 2:30pm
3. Heading to Campus to get my tailgate on.

FYI to everyone wondering. Aresco will be at neither the UH or UConn games. Hes in Ireland.

Hopefully this game actually starts at 9 rather than 11 like last night.

Of course Aresco's in Ireland...'Business trip' aka gets a couple of extra vacation days that won't get taken away from his benefits...Smart man.

Beat the hell out of these fools. We need to continue to distance ourselves from the rest of the G5. Temple started it last night by pounding an SEC team, and Houston needs to continue it by pounding a C-USA team.

11 is fair enough. UTSA does have a few seniors at key positions on offense, but the biggest difference is Souza(sp?) has graduated.

Whatever you do don't look over this team Houston, a loss to any G4 will negate most wins over the p5, and ESPiN will slather it all over the front page too... unlike a P5 win.

I took the day off from work as well. So pumped to break in the new digs. Whose house!
