College Football Hall of Fame
I've heard that the new College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta has at least a helmet to represent every college football team out there. Has anyone been and looked for JMU representation? Maybe the 2004 championship or the VT win?

RE: College Football Hall of Fame
I am going to try an get there this weekend (live north of Atlanta) so will look for JMU mentions. I believe I heard something about an interactive feature where you can input info about your school to find out specifics relating to your team. Not sure if it's historical in nature though.

From Wikipedia: The Chick-fil-A “Why We Love College Football” exhibit features iconic trophies and a large, touch-sensitive, 52-foot media wall filled with dynamic content such as photos and videos of players, fans, cheerleaders and marching bands. A multi-touch system allows for fun interaction with content specific to a fan’s favorite college football team.

RE: College Football Hall of Fame
"The College Football Hall of Fame is broken up into multiple galleries, including the Hall of Fame exhibit, which resides on the third floor of the building.

The journey begins with a one-of-a-kind experience through the Entry Tunnel, boasting larger-than-life images of players in action. It winds its way to The Quad, which is anchored by the Helmet Wall Presented by Southwest Airlines, featuring helmets from all 768 college football teams, across all divisions and leagues. Guests check in at the registration desks in The Quad to personalize their All-Access Pass with their favorite college football team."

RE: College Football Hall of Fame
I assume they took a lot of the artifacts from the previous HOF in South Bend. Charles Haley has a relief plaque (or whatever they are called) as he was inducted several years ago. There was also a poster which showed the coach of the year winners from all the divisions and Mickey was on there for winning in 2008.

There was a really nice display setup following the year following the NC win. I guess they do one for the champions of each division.
