Just read this on NOLA's TP today. Really like the postive ink we are finally getting. Long overdue. We have a long way to go, but are getting there faster than many thought we could or would.

Where does your school place on the graph?

I loved this one from the comment section:

The article isn't saying UL is a greater football program than LSU....it just says the Ragin Cajuns are more admired. Reading comprehension? You need to get the latest copy of "Reading for Couyons".

Frankly, it has too much stupid to even debate it. But if that's your thing, enjoy.

Cool...you are almost as admirable and powerful as the motorcycle-wrecking, volleyball player seducing, piss hot, karma dealing, truck burning, Razorbacks. Maybe you'll get to their level of power and admiration on that chart next year. It's a goal.

Nobody is butt-hurt. There is a vast amount of stupid in that chart. The Razorbacks being more admirable than ANYONE the last few years is one of them. The power of UCF and Central Michigan is another. There are too many to waste time with.

I don't debate UL's admirable position. I question that they are behind the Razorbacks in admiration....or that they are behind Toledo in power....and many more things.

Some interesting thoughts. Some of them may not be smart thoughts, but
they are thoughts.

I have long been a fan of good pub, regardless of it's accuracy.

I say rock on Cajuns. Getting the name mentioned in media is a good thing.

Eh, I kind of enjoy these things. It's fun to see all those logos together and an attempt to look objectively at off-the-field "success," even if the methods are both questionable and not in GSU's favor at all.

Reading comprehension should be employed to note the not-really-very-subtle distinction between "admirable" and "admired," though.

There was a Wave fan on the AAC forum all butt-hurt about Tulane's position relative to ULM, the Cajuns, and LaTech. "We've beaten those teams 199-4", or whatever.

I almost responded that wins from 30's, 40's and 50's probably didn't impact the chart that much........but, why bother.

Again, I have no issue with where UL is placed on that chart.

There is just so much other stupid that the whole thing is hard to swallow.
