This. It took our offense -- the OL in particular -- almost a half to get rolling, but the team that came out in the 2nd half was fun to watch.

As for the special teams errors...those need fixed, and quickly.

I guess that now we know we have to have a better offense than Howard's to beat the Zips, and that when the Zips offense is in sync, they can gain yards in a hurry.

I continue to rate the Zips as likely to finish with a substantially better record than the last few years, and a question of which rather than whether when it comes bowl time ... I just hope that one of those wins doesn't come at Kent's expense.

Fortunately for Miami, we open next year with Presbyterian. Looks like we'll start 1-0 for the first time since '07.
