Wood TV 8 Football Frenzy feature on Keenoy and Wassink
http://woodtv.com/2014/08/27/football-fr...yer-picks/

Pride in two local West Michigan recruits committed to WMU. French would be another great get for PJ.
Just adding that Keenoy is snapping the ball in the video...word out of East Kentwood is that Coach Tony Kimbrough (Former WMU QB, last MAC Championship Team) is committed to Keenoy staying at center to provide strength in their running game. Going to game tonight, cant wait to see East Kentwood pound the rock behind Keenoy.
Future WMU Center???

I think so, and he might start next year if he can come in physically ready. Otherwise, I think we are looking at Jackson Day, which isn't a bad thing, but he isn't a natural center either.

I love the comment by the Channel 8 guy. "Why isn't Wassink getting looks from the Big Ten schools?"

I think of two QB's who came out of the greater GR area and played D1. Cousins from Holland, and TVT from Holland.

The kid from Lowell was a bust, ended up playing WR at MSU, Snead was a QB at Muskegon but played WR at BSU, and that all world guy, I think it was Westendorp who went to CMU, sucked azz, and ended up being a back up to the back up at TE.

In other words, GR isn't churning out a ton of D1 QB's let alone BCS level QB's. This is why I cringe when I listen to GR TV sports guys. They can't tell the difference in Hope, Calvin, GVSU, and WMU sports.
