Just their intern trying to be weird.

Intern?
Eddie Carfio is the new Daily Chronicle sports editor.
Oh, that's nice. I just figured due to the poor quality was their intern from this past summer.

After watching UI and NU, my first observation is neither has any team speed. This is where our team has improved every year. Our team on Thur was fast and looked big. Our safties are the biggest i can remember.

I would agree with you generally, though I think one of the things that did our team in a year ago was that the 2013 team wasn't particularly fast with the exception of TLL, Ward, & Da'Ron, who were really banged up by November. I thought the weeknight MACtion version of 2013 NIU may have been the slowest team we've had in years.

But, speaking as a general trend, yes, the speed has gone through the roof compared to years ago.

I think this year's team is much faster than last year's. As tough and nasty? We'll see about that.
