I think CUSA needs to find away to get back on ESPN when we were in CUSA it hurt our fan base not be able to find games easier. The exposure on ESPN just this year has made a huge difference for East Carolina.

No. ESPN doesn't care about the G5 conferences. I like the announcing and production we get from Fox Sports regional networks. Those guys know our programs and don't spend the majority of the broadcast pimping P5 match-ups. I like that some of our games are being broadcast OTA, and I have no desire to watch games on ESPN3.

Looks like the ASN added 41 new affiliates and a deal to cover the WAC Conference. Press release out there but not many details.

Available in about 83 million homes now.

Is this thread a joke. Lowly CUSA now the Sunbelt 2 versus one of the top 5 power conferences the ACC.

You do realize Tulane would lose to several of these "lowly CUSA now Sunbelt 2" schools, right?

ASN announcers

Quote:Play-by-play announcers this season include Ron Thulin, Dave Armstrong, Mike Gleason and Bill Hazen, while Keith Moreland, Dave Lapham and Jim Donnan are the analysts. Thulin will be teamed with Moreland, Armstrong will work primarily with Lapham and Gleason teams with Donnan. Hazen will fill in on select contests.

Gleason has actually been pretty good when I've heard him a couple of times. Not great, but solid.
