I expect Houston to be at about 16,000 for this season. Then a bump next year close to 20,000. Hopefully a great year this year plus a better home schedule next year with Cincy, SMU, Vandy, Tx State, finally playing either ECU or UConn at home (fingers crossed), add on top they will tie the OU neutral site game to the season tickets as well.

In the end, there's really no difference between 50K, 45K, or 40K. They're all roughly the same in terms of noise and atmosphere. Especially when talking about stadiums that hold 45K - 50K.

The big drop off is from teams who average 40-50K and teams that average 17-23K.

Assuming the schedule flips next year we'll get USF, ECU, and UConn at home from the AAC-East. I doubt we get 80% of our divisional games at home so Cincy will probably be on the road.

No, no. I'm sure the league office will find some way to mess up the schedule so we don't play, and then rip the fans to shreds when they call them out on twitter about it.

Memphis sold 7,400 season tickets last year. I've heard were 20% up from that this year so that puts us around 9,000 season tickets. Memphis has always been a walk up heavy program. Season tickets have never really been a priority because the stadium is so big and so many seats available every week

That can't be right. 17k and 19k sound closer. We were near there still during West and Porters horrendous years.
