This is one of his more pathetic bits... Somebody makes a point and then rather than look at the point Stewart decides to walk around looking at specific trees so that his audience completely misses the point.

curious, what point do you think he was dancing around?

I also don't do sketches of Patrick Stewart...

I'd been banned from ESPN, which isn't "everywhere else." Everybody got banned on ESPN.

I bet ESPN disagrees...

It's true. The ESPN mods loved banning people and did it regularly.

sorry memphis but it's true. a "server error" once banned everyone who commented in a global warming thread. we never talked about global warming on ESPN again.

no dude, the consensus among EVERYONE is that you got your butt kicked and entered full meltdown mode. hell the whole reason the "server error" probably happened is because you were out in full force trying to flag comments and get them delated. it's most likely you did that so many times you triggered some sort of glitch.

Do you really think Bill O is ok with an unarmed black kid getting shot if he was doing nothing wrong? Because that sure seemed to be what Stewart was implying.

Bill O's point was that the Media and race hucksters had turned this tragidy into a circus not that the shooting was A-OK... So Rather than address *that* point he tries to set up a straw man and beat that about the stage.

RE: Stewart explains Furguson
Agreed, Bull.

The fact of the matter is, there is a real problem with the way the media reports these types of tragedies. Their coverage filters out not only on that broadcast, but though all sorts of other media like Facebook and twitter and a thousand other things. And their irresponsible coverage has a REAL effect on peoples attitudes and stokes the fires of racial disharmony and bitterness. Those who don't follow politics or the news regularly (vast majority of America) are particularly affected.

The entire skit was an attempt to belittle that REAL modern day problem and suggest its not even going on.

Anyone trying to pretend its just a comedy skit and is not designed to get a political message out is a flat out liar.

Me? It was everyone against you and him. I don't melt down. That is your department. Steve Brock just felt sorry for you and shut it down.

Since you feel so strongly about it, how about you be the first former ESPN poster to voluntarily take a hike.

I agree with you, just needed clarification because I didn't understand your point.

I think it's time for YOU to move on. seriously, it's been over a year since you last spoke to that guy and you have to publicly announce that you "kicked his butt" in a thread from over 2 years ago???
