Shields Team
I think this years team will be the best team he has had since he became head coach.

I see a post season team this year.

The team that won 23 games a few years ago was pretty darn good. The thing about this team, unlike that other team, is most of them will be back next year. We win 20+ this year, next year's team will clearly be the best in 20 years.

This team will be great, it's all about team chemistry. Loved Will Neighbor but this year guys won't have to stand around and see what happens after Will gets the ball. We will have more ball movement putting more players in position to do more. Let's just hope that the coaches don't over coach. Get your guys ready, then show them you trust them to be players not looking at the bench ever possession. I think this team will go a long way. Like I said before (Win Conference) as long as James, Josh and Mareik stay healthy.

I think you are right about that. Will was so much the focal point of the offense the last couple of years that I think there was a good deal of waiting for him. Nothing against Will, it is just that each year there are players who are your main offensive threats. This year it will be some new faces.

I hope they don't, but there is another half of that, also. The players can't over-listen. They have to stay focused on the game, not on the coach. Sometimes a little situational deafness is a good thing.

RE: Shields Team
I had move hope in last years team.

I do think this should be a year we win the conference but, like mjs, I figure we finish 4th or 5th and have a bad ooc season.
