Opening Week Notebook for C-USA
http://www.conferenceusa.com/sports/m-fo...14aab.html

All 13 Conference USA teams will be in action on opening weekend, with nine games nationally televised over a two-day period. Four games will be against top 25 foes, making C-USA the only league to face four ranked non-conference opponents during opening weekend.

RE: Opening Week Notebook for C-USA
Scheduling 4 top 25 teams is only a good thing for our Conference if you win at least one of them and are somewhat competitive in at least 2 of the other 3. If we get blown out in all four games, it won't help our conference, or the teams, themselves, imo. Having said that, Rice/Notre Dame could be competitive, and North Texas at Texas is at least in-state.
