This will be interesting to watch unfold. I love some of their mechanisms for efficient modern government, such as baseball arbitration for all contracts. They will also combat the "vote yourself the treasury" problem by only allowing shareholders to vote. To become a shareholder, you can start a business or own property or similar items that show you are directly impacted by how government does business and thus have an interest in making it efficient.
